The Saturday sale is pleased to present the pate-sur-pate collection of Mrs. Robert Bockemuehl of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., featuring exhibition pieces, cabinet plates, vases, and large plaques by Minton, George Jones & Sons, and Meissen. We begin with pate-sur-pate plaques, vases, and urns, a unique Minton ink stand and letter rack, and a Minton plate, from the Paris World Exhibition of 1878. Continuing with sterling flatware and hollow-ware by Georg Jensen, a George III sterling cruet by Samuel Wood from 1765, and other sterling flatware by Towle and International; sparkling estate jewelry featuring a unique 18kt yellow gold and ruby rams head bangle, a 16.00ct pave set ruby strawberry form pendant, and many gemstone and diamond tennis bracelets; a rare engraved ?Five Continents? hunting service compote set designed by the firm Josef Thomas Adler of Marienbad; numerous sets of porcelain by Dresden, Limoges, Haviland & Co. and others for small or large gatherings; bisque and glazed porcelain Royal Doulton series including Les Saisons, Les Femmes Fatales, and The Gentle Arts figurines to add to your collection; an interesting selection of Acoma pottery wares, English style tea caddies, and American Brilliant Period cut glass follow. We end with a variety of Louis Vuitton men?s luggage in the bold Taiga leather; Louis Vuitton?s ?Deauville? in monogram canvas ? an essential traveling bag for any jet-set woman or man; Gucci brown monogram canvas luggage for every trip; many whimsical beaded Mary Frances purses, and a timeless Chanel black caviar leather chain wallet.
