This auction is for the partial contents of the home located in Phillipsburg NJ. Items may be dusty or dirty and may need a light cleaning. If an item is chipped , it will be in the description ( only a couple lots). Bidding is open now thru Monday Sept. 11th. Lots start closing at 7pm. Payment is due by Thursday September 14th @3pm. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Pick up day is Monday Sept. 18th , from 2-6pm. If you do not pick your items up on that day and we have to haul back to our building, there is a $10 handling fee per lot. Shipping is available ( not for furniture or large lots). If you need an item shipped there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 for each additional lot, plus actual USPS Postage and Insurance. Please pay original invoice, email us requesting shipment. We will then send you a PayPal invoice for shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for bringing your own help for removing items purchased. No one will be available for loading your vehicle.
