Any potential Bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports on any offered lots and/or inspect said lots before bidding to determine the condition and if there are any repairs or restorations. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All items sold as is, where is. There is an 18% buyers premium on all lots sold. Stasak Auctioneers reserves the right to execute bids, for buyers unable to bid online. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be removed and discarded. There is no preview for this sale. Bidding is open now and ends on February 12th at 7pm. Make sure you watch the live auction end at 7pm. Payment is due on Thurday February 15th by 3pm and Pick up day is Sunday February 18th from 9:30am-5pm. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges. We do not ship any large items or lots containing large grouping of items. If it is questionable, please email us and ask. Most items in this house will need to be cleaned. Pick Up will be in Phillipsburg NJ home.. Pick up address , will be given to successful bidders on the invoice. 18% Buyers Premium. If items are not picked up on scheduled day, they are considered abandoned.
