Shipping: The buyer pays all shipping costs. All items are shipped via a third party shipping company, who will pack securely and safely. The buyer pays only the actual packing and shipping cost directly to the third party shipper -- there are no handling or material charges added by Railroad Galaxy. Combined shipping will be provided on multiple purchases. For the buyer's protection, all packages are sent insured with delivery confirmation and tracking. All packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will arrange shipping through the Mail Room, West Shore Plaza, 1200 Market Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043, (717)975-9991. This store can arrange UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping, as desired. Purchased items will be released to the shipper when payment has been received from the buyer. Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of Pennsylvania. If applicable, sales tax will be added to the invoice. Source of Items: All trains come from collections, so that the item's history is usually unknown. The items are auctioned EXACTLY as received from the collections. We do not test the trains. All KNOWN conditions (features, characteristics, flaws, and other pertinent information) are disclosed in the description. Although many of the items are new or like new, because the item history is unknown, everything is offered "AS IS, WHERE IS". Returns are not allowed. Questions are welcome, and they will be answered completely and honestly in a prompt manner. Grading Standards: TCA (Train Collector Association of America) standards are used to rate the item's condition. You can view these standards below. Please note that these grading standards make no claims about the train's operational capabilities (how well, or even if, the train works), and we make no such claims, either expressed or implied. C10 -- Mint,Brand New: all original; unused and unblemished C9 -- Factory New, Brand New: all original; unused; may evidence factory rubs and the slighest evidence of handling, shipping and having been test run at the factory. C8 -- Like New, Complete all original; no rust; no missing parts; may show effects of being on display and/or age; may have been run. C7 -- Excellent: All original: minute scratches and paint nicks; no rust and no missing parts; no distortion of component parts. C6 -- Very Good: Minor scratches and paint nicks; minor spots of surface rust; free of dents. May have minor parts replaced. C5 -- Good: Sign of Playwear; scratches and minor paint loss. Small dents; minor surface rust. Evidence of heavy use. C4 -- Fair: Scratched, moderate paint loss, dented, missing parts, surface rust. Evidence of heavy use. C3 -- Poor: Requires major body repair: Heavily scratched, major rust and missing parts. Restoration candidate. C2 -- Poor/Junk: Restoration Required C1 -- Junk: Parts Value Only Payment Processing Fees: Payments through Liveauctioneers payment system and PayPal have processing fees of approximately 3%. These fees are charged by those payment companies (not by Railroad Galaxy) as a convenience and safety service to the successful bidder. Check or money order payments have no processing fee. The successful can choose the payment method. PayPal Disputes and Chargebacks: PayPal disputes and credit card chargebacks are not allowed. Any bidder attempting a PayPal dispute or chargeback will be banned from future auctions and a dispute will be filed with Live Auctioneers. Appropriate legal action may also be taken by Railroad Galaxy against the buyer, PayPal, and the credit card company. By registering for, and bidding on, the auction, you are accepting the stated terms and conditions and entering into a legally binding contract. Also, you are agreeing to reimburse Railroad Galaxy for any legal costs and damages resulting from a breach of contract on your part.
