There is a 15% Buyer's Premium for all items won through Liveauctioneers.com internet bidding. To the best of our ability, we have described all items being sold but all property offered for sale is strictly "as is". It is the bidder's responsibility (whether in person, by phone, by internet, or by mail) to determine the exact condition of each item. In event of any dispute in this matter the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen the bid or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's "hammer". The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Tennessee sales tax (9.25%) unless exception is allowed under the laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. You do not pay Tennessee Sales Tax if items are shipped out of state. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the auction. Photographs in this catalogue are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the items offered is their condition the day of the sale. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments of any kind made 30 days after the sale date. All items are guaranteed authentic with a 30 day guarantee on authenticity. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any individual or group. Shipped merchandise will carry a fee for packing, handling, postage and insurance of $10 Priority Mail plus the exact cost of insurance calculated at the total amount paid for the winning bid and buyer's premium.
