Power House Art Auction 2004

Power House Art Auction 2004 features contemporary work by artists that have contributed to shows sponsored by Delta Axis in Memphis, Tennessee. The contemporary arts nonprofit group has produced exhibitions for the last 14 years. In 2003, Delta Axis opened Power House, a former power generating plant for Central Train Station. Curator Peter Fleissig, out of New York, has helped bring world class artists to respond to this unique space. Delta Axis @ Marshall Arts Gallery has featured shows by local Memphians and others from the region and beyond. This is the group's first fundraising auction and features works by William Eggleston, Nikki Lee, and Mitch Epstein.
