PAYMENT DUE: Payment is required within 4 days following the auction. SHIPPING CHARGES: We will provide you with the best guaranteed delivery service available for your order, which depends on the size of the item(s) to be shipped. We make all effort to combine multiple purchases into one package, so we can provide you with the best price. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We only ship internationally to countries that allow delivery confirmation, insurance and signature confirmation. This limits the shipping services offered to USPS Express, Fed Ex and UPS. CONDITION: All property is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" and all sales are final. While the Auctioneer will, to the best of his/her ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the property offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog. The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the property before bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor will be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of the property, and no statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any representative of Coastal Auction House shall be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale. We do offer a preview day, usually the day before the auction, so that you can view the item yourself in person. BIDDING CONTRACT: Your bid is a legally binding contract. Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the property is thereafter at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility. Users must register and be approved to bid before the auction.
