TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering for this sale you agree to all of the following terms and conditions: 1. All sales are final. All property is sold as is and where is. No Returns. 2. An 18% Buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. 3. All purchases (including Buyer's premium) are subject to 7.875% sales tax. 4. Internet Bidders must qualify through LiveAuctioneers.com website. Mahn Miller Collective, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Bids are not accepted from persons under 18-years of age. 5. This is an online only auction. 6. Mahn Miller Collective, Inc. is not responsible for any errors in bidding. It is the Bidder's responsibility to bid on the correct lot and make sure that bid is intended. Once the lot has closed the Buyer is unconditionally bound to pay for that lot. 7. You acknowledge that each lot is subject to: (i) additional fees, including the Buyer's premium and (ii) additional costs, including taxes, shipping (if applicable), processing fee, storage (if applicable), and customs (if applicable), and that you are obligated to pay such fees and costs in connection with your winning bid. 8. Payment may be made through LiveAuctioneers payment portal only and will incur a 2.8% processing fee. Payment must be made within 24 hours (1 day) of the sale. If the Buyer fails to pay within 24 hours (1 day after the sale), we reserve the right to collect the 18% Buyer's premium and a restocking fee of 25% from the Buyer. 9. By bidding in this auction, the winning Bidder shall be deemed to have consented to the exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes in the courts of Hennepin County, Minneapolis, Minnesota. In any litigation the prevailing party shall be awarded full reimbursement of actual paid legal fees in connection with the dispute. 13. This auction is being held on-line on the LiveAuctioneers.com platform and using the LiveAuctioneers.com payment service. As a bidder you acknowledge and understand that Mahn Miller Collective is not responsible if this internet service fails to work correctly before during or after the auction. 14. Mahn Miller Collective, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in the course of the auction. 15. Reserves - Lots in this auction are subject to a reserve which is the confidential minimum price below which a lot will not be sold. The reserve will not exceed the low estimate of the lot. This may be an agreed upon amount with the consignor or at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid amount on behalf of the Seller and may continue to bid on behalf of the Seller on the amount up to the amount of the reserve, either by placing consecutive bids or by placing bids in response to other bidders.
