Visa and MasterCard accepted except from international buyers. International purchases to be paid by Western Union only. 2. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the final bid price for each lot to determine the total purchase price. 4. 4% Convenience Fee for Credit Card Use. 5. All property is being sold as is. Inspection opportunities are available to those who wish to preview from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. the day prior to Auction and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day of the auction. 6. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to being offered in the auction and shall have no liability whatsoever for withdrawal of the property. 7. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of that lot. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. Once an item is declared as "sold", the successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased lot. 8. Your bid is a contract. Do not place a bid that you are unwilling, or unable to honor. If you are declared as the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. If you have questions about an individual item, please contact the auctioneer before bidding. 9. A live auction moves at an uncertain pace, so any ending time displayed will not be accurate. 10. Refunds will only be given on the hammer price of item. 11. Buyers Premium, Convenience Fee and shipping costs will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason. 12. In order to participate in this auction, you must be registered prior to Auction Day. The likelihood of being approved or responding to email questions on OCTOBER 6 (AUCTION DAY) might be very low because of Auction Day Activity. WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LIVE INTERNET BIDS THAT ARE NOT SENT, RECEIVED, OR EXECUTED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR. All items must be paid for within 5 business days of the auction. Time is of the essence. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Wayne Long will have the right to hold items paid by check until the check clears. There is a handling charge of $50.00 for any returned check. Sales Tax: KY state sales tax will be applied to all sales, including Buyer's Premium, unless a tax exemption certificate has been completed and signed prior to the close of auction. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. Currency Type: USD Checkout Date & Times: Payment must be rendered within 5 days for all absentee and liveauctioneers buyers. Time is of the essence. For any item that has not been paid or items that have not been picked up within 10 business days will be considered abandoned and money from resale of items will be forfeited. Bidders who take advantage of off-site bidding acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to determine whether or not to bid on any item. Internet, pre-auction, and live bidding are provided as a service to Bidder by the Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim if the Internet service fails to function correctly before or during the live auction. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
