Charles Vickery/Scott Art Collection Auction

This auction produced by Joi's Private Collections Ltd.,will feature the sale of the last and largest privately held collection of 'Seascape Master'-Charles Vickery original oils, limited series signed and remarqued prints, and memrobilia as provided through the estate of Dorothy Scott. In addiion, we will present 38 original oils by Glada Scott who's paintings are on display in 28 US Naval Ships and Carriers. A close life-long friend and student of Vickery, Scott has had numerous paintings commisioned by Ronald Reagan and the Department of Defense. Joi's Private Collections Ltd. will also feature the sale and distribution of a DVD set of original teaching lessons by Charles Vickery as produced during his classes from the early 80's through mid 90's. The auction inventory will include: 36 Original Oil on Board/Canvas Paintings by Charles Vickery, 12 Remarqued, signed , and limited Series Prints by Charles Vickery, 12 Personally Signed Limited Series Collector's Plates, 38 Original Oils by Glada Scott, and a variety of Vickery and Dawson Prints. This auction will benefit the Chicago Yacht Club Foundation and their mission. All paintings have been professionaly framed.
