1: All items are sold where is/as is, please ask questions prior to the sale. MV Auctions strives to accurately describe any damage however, bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-auction preview in order to inspect the items. 2: The Buyer will be the highest bidder known to the Auctioneer at the fall of the hammer. Any dispute will be settled by the Auctioneer, whose decision will be final. In the event the internet fails - the live auction will not be stopped and MV Auctions will not be able to access any internet bids. 3: Winning internet bids will be charged an additional 20% buyers premium based upon the high bid amount. 4: Payment is expected within 3 business days of notification of total due amount 5: Items with the description "selling item not available on EBay" are items which are not allowed by rule on ebay. 6: Smaller items will be charged a $7 packing/handling fee plus actual postage.
