All parcels must be paid for within 5 working days by the respective purchaser(s). For this sale only, we will offer No Qualifying/No Credit Check/Built in Financing on specific properties. Please read the terms on each individual lot page before bidding. A few properties are being offered as Bid and Assume (Foreclosure) sales. Your bid on these properties are your down payment, you then will assume the low balance and low monthly payment (noted in the terms on that specific property). You will be able to identify these foreclosure properties by their listing lines (B & A with monthly payment). Once paid in full, property will be deeded by legal binding warranty deed.
