Auctioneer will sell between 80-100 lots per hour. A change in ownership shall occur at the fall of the hammer or when auctioneer cries "Sold" and Buyer shall be responsible for meeting all requirements for payment in full of items won in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Buyer will assume risk and responsibility for all items once ownership has changed and further understands that American Antiquities, Inc. is acting only as agent and will help buyer if possible to ship items that are shipable, however, buyer is solely responsible for the costs associated with moving, packaging and delivery. Those costs shall be applied to invoice of all non attending bidders to arrive at total amount due American Antiquities, Inc. for itmes won and shall be paid immediately upon notice of amount due. The auctioneer calling bids from the podium has sole and absolute discretion with respect to all aspects of bidding process. CAR BUYERS MUST HAVE Bank Letter of Credit on file with auctioneer prior to bidding on vehicles. Payment Must Clear before car may be picked up or delivered to buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS - All Titles are free and clear of any liens. It is recommended that all interested parties have a representative at auction to view and inspect vehicles.
