All items in this Auction are located and will need to be picked up in Linden NJ. This is an Online Auction ONLY. Bidding is open now and " live online bidding" starts on Sunday June 16th at 4pm. Pick up day is Sunday June 23rd from 10am-6pm. Payment is due by Friday June 21st at 3pm. If you do not pay by pick up day, a dispute will be filed thru liveauctioneers. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. If your items are not picked up on specified day, they are considered abandoned. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) for taking apart items. SHIPPING -If you want an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. Lots with multiple items, additional handling fees may apply. We do not ship lots containing large quantities ( table, shelf, closet, partial room contents) If it is questionable, please email and ask, before bidding. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges.
