Mark Lawson Antiques & Auctions is proud to present a superb collection of objects from country estates in Upstate New York, highlighted by items from the estate of Las Vegas pioneer Guy McAfee, founder of the Golden Nugget casino, including a 30-inch gold nugget necklace, presented by McAfee to his wife in 1946 to celebrate the opening of the casino. Also in our auction is an important authenticated painting by Edwin Lord Weeks, "Lake at Oodeypore, India" discovered in a Schenectady, NY, estate.
