Payment: The buyer must pay the entire amount due (including the hammer price, buyer's premium, all applicable taxes and other charges) no later than 5 p.m. on the seventh (7) business day following the sale. Payment may be made by wire, bank check, personal check, cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank, PayPal or valid credit card. FORTROVE reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank. The purchaser agrees to pay FORTROVE a handling charge of $50 for any check dishonored by the buyer. Collecting Purchases - Once FORTROVE has received all funds due to FORTROVE, the buyer shall receive purchased lots within not more then ten (5) business days from the date of the cleared payment. Shipping Terms: SHIPMENTS INSIDE THE US When a winning bid is made through ForTrove Auctions you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Once payment is verified we will ship your item to you within 1 to 2 business days through UPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once the item is on it's way to you. All items will be mailed to the CC/PayPal verified address and are sent fully insured. Signature and contact phone number is required. All shipments within the US are FREE, this includes all additional charges for insurance. SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE US When a winning bid is made through ForTrove Auctions - you will receive a email confirmation of your purchase. Premium:: FORTROVE's premium structure for ForTrove AUCTIONS customers is: twenty percent (22%) of the successful hammer price on each lot sold for up to and including $10,000.99, twenty percent (18%) for $10,001 and over. Tax: In addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay FORTROVE a buyer's premium and the applicable sales tax (6% for PA residents only) added to the final total.
