Wildwood Antiques and Auction Center Live Auctions Buyers Terms & Conditions Important Shipping Information : WE DO NOT SHIP : Arrangements must be made with a shipper, no exceptions. Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in any Live Auction conducted by Wildwood Antiques and Auction Center, hereafter referred to as W.A.C. Buyer acknowledges that by accepting these Terms & Conditions you are bound into a contractual agreement and must uphold your agreement with W.A.C. In the event that you do not fulfill your contractual obligations held within this said contract, W.A.C. will not be held responsible for any portion of this agreement. 1. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. The buyer's premium is posted on each item detail page. 2. Total Sales Price: The total sales price of an item includes (A) the hammer price of the item (B) the buyer's premium (C) applicable sales and other taxes due on account of the sale. (D) packing, shipping transportation and insurance charges are fully the responsibility of the buyer. See item detail for more information. We DO NOT SHIP nor will we DROP OFF ITEMS, THEY MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE SHIPPING AGENT or AGENCY and prior arrangements should be made and are strongly advised. Please see list of approved shippers below. 3. Online Bidding: By registering to bid through W.A.C. Live Auctions you agree to accept W.A.C. policies of bid history disclosure, including the policy that live online bidder's increments are not reported when bidding against an absentee bid until the absentee bid is surpassed. Please register to bid well in advance of the start time. W.A.C. will not be held responsible for errors or failure to execute bid(s). Absentee bids must be submitted electronically during the preview period at either Ebay.com or Liveuauctioneers.com. 4. Methods of Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are listed in item detail. 5. Payment Due: Buyer shall communicate with Seller within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and shall be received by the Seller no later than 10 days following the auction. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. See Item detail for more information. 6. Winning Bid: The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auction coordinator shall decide the buyer. 8. Reserve Price: Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold. W.A.C. will act to protect the reserve by bidding through the auctioneer. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the Seller and may continue to bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the reserve. This may be done by placing consecutive bids or by placing bids in response to other bidders. 9. Inquiries: Please email or call us for specific questions regarding lots at Live Auction. Answers will be provided in a timely fashion until 1 hour before the auction start time. We can provide more and detail photos, reference and provenance information on most lots are available. Please note, if you are inquiring about shipping, please refer to the below mentioned shipping terms and conditions. 10. Withdrawal Prior to Sale: W.A.C. reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. 11. OUR GUARANTEE - We guarantee the authenticity of every item that we sell for 5 business days after the auction ends, except those lots listed as: "in the style of", "attributed to", "the school of", "in the manner of", or "after". We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the catalog, or in written or oral condition reports. All measurements are approximate. We make every effort to accurately describe our merchandise, but in the event that errors occur, we cannot be held responsible. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to be well informed before bidding. Due to the nature of what we are selling, all lots included, we are not responsible for damages that may occur in the shipping of the items that would or could affect the lot descriptions before your received the item. Returns: We strongly discourage any returns for the following reasons. W.A.C. will not be held responsible for a wrongful purchase, a change in mind or any conditions that are outside of the above mentioned guarantee. Due to these factors, W.A.C. only will accept a return if the item is not correctly represented. The foregoing guarantee is only valid to the original buyer. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when purchased. We are not responsible for the costs incurred to return the item. Discrepancies of description shall be decided by mutually agreed upon experts whose determination must be in writing and is at the expense of the Buyer. No further expenses will be incurred by W.A.C. without exception. 12. Entire Agreement; Waiver. This Agreement, including the W.A.C. User Agreement and all exhibits and other documents incorporated by reference, set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersedes any and all other written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event of an inconsistency between this Agreement and any other document, which is part of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, W.A.C. may amend this Agreement (including any incorporated documents) by posting the amended terms on the Live Auctioneers site, emailing notice of the amendment to the Buyer, or otherwise communicating such amendment to the Buyer. Each amendment will be effective immediately after it is initially posted on the W.A.C. site, emailed to the Buyer, or otherwise communicated to the Buyer. The agreement is a liable and binding contractual agreement between the seller, the buyer and the W.A.C. (Wildwood Antique and Auction Center is the acting party responsible for representing the seller and is not responsible for any prior actions taken by the seller in regards to the items being represented by W.A.C.) 13. Shipping: Please note, WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT SHIP ITEMS SOLD AT LIVE AUCTION. The following is a list of W.A.C. approved shippers. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping agent or agency to get a written shipping price to your desired shipping destination. Items must be picked up during regular business hours. We again, will absolutely not be involved in the shipping of items, the arrangement of calling a shipper or the dropping off of items at the agency or shipping destination. 14: Terms of finalizing a purchase. Payments accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash (In House Only), Checks, Money Orders and PayPal for online bidders only. Buyers Premium is 17%. Wildwood Antiques Center reserves the right to hold all goods paid for by check until check has cleared. Sales tax applies to items sold to resident s of Ohio at the rate of 6.75%

Local Taxes Apply for those residents in Ohio a 6 34% tax will be charged on all items sold unless you provide a current tax formliscense.
