DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation will be charged a $30. processing fee to run another credit card - NO EXCEPTIONS! Invoices will be emailed within 6 hours of the end of the auction. Invoice terms are payment within 48 hours. Non-paying bidder reports will be filed on invoices more than 2 business days overdue. Foreign buyers are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import requirements. There is 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax on all items unless shipped out of state or you have a valid Pennsylvania Tax Exemption certificate on file with us. Buyer's Premium: A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to all invoices. SHIPPING & PICKING UP ITEMS: YOU, the Buyer, are responsible for making all shipping arrangements. It is up to the buyer to schedule shipping with a 3rd party shipper who will pick up and pack your items; for example The UPS Store, The Packaging Store, U-Ship, and Craters & Freighters. Removal dates at auction location at 820 Nursery St., Fogelsville, PA. are Friday October 25 and Monday through Wednesday October 28-30, 2019 from 9 AM to 3 PM each day. Items not picked up by October 30, 2019 will be considered forfeited and no reimbursement or refunds will be made. You must have a printed copy of your paid invoice with you to collect your items. We strongly suggest you schedule an appointment to pick up your items by calling 610-395-8084. All property is sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All property is previously owned. We have made every attempt to find damages and note them, however, we are not responsible for damages we missed. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if a dispute arises between two or more recognized bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. The auctioneer's decision is final. If there is a tie bid between the floor and the internet the floor bid shall take precedence and the internet bidder shall have the option to raise his bid to the next increment. Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information. The auction is recorded electronically and in writing, this record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. By bidding and buying in this auction buyer agrees to all terms and conditions presented here. Placing a bid here is a legally binding contract to bid and no bidder shall retract his bid. The validity and interpretation of any and all of the terms and provisions of this agreement or of the rights and duties of the parties under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
