Bidder waives his right to file claim, chargeback or dispute payment. Triple SSS Designs select the bidders to join auction and not all bidders who want to join and participate gets lucky to get into our auction. Triple SSS Designs only accept money order and cashier's check for payment however for bidders' insisting to pay with credit card, bidder waives their right to file chargeback and if so bidder agrees to pay additional $100.00 to settle chargeback. All dispute should be settle only between bidders and Triple SSS Designs and not to a third party or credit card institution. To prevent dispute, it is the bidders' responsibility to check the item first before bidding and agreeing that all sales are final once the item has been sold. SHIPPING AND HANDLING Triple SSS Designs ships packages through USPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. Shipping fee depends on the package value. Shipping fee is included in the invoice bidder's should be receiving after the auction. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes.
