1. We have attempted to catalog accurately, but cannot be held responsible for errors or ommissions. 2. All items are sold 'as is'. All art is sold as 'attributed to'. 3. All items are sold to the highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer will have sole discretion in determining the successful bidder, or reopening the bid. 4. All merchandise must be paid for in full, and payment confirmed before it is released. 5. A 18% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price of all items bought through Ebay Live Auctions. 6. We accept cash(in house only), Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. 7. Payment must be made day of sale. 8. The shipping & packaging of any item, and the cost, is the responsibility of the buyer. We can suggest an appropriate local shipper. Mailbox etc./UPS Store is the preferred method, but we will work with the customer to make a smooth transaction. 9. A bid is evidence that the above rules are understood and agreed upon by the bidder.
