Won items will be shipped after a full cleared payment and the buyers assume all the responsibility for the shipping cost, Shipping address provided buy the winner bidder has to match the shipping address on Liveauctioneer and the billing address on the payment method 12- DUE to COVID-19 THERE WILL BE NO LIVE AUCTION PREVIEW OR PICK UP OPTIONS 13- Despite the buyer(s) location (California or outside California) all Items will be shipped 14- Once an item is sold to an in-house bidder, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the won item(s). 15-Accounts that are unpaid after 25 days of the sale date will be subject to a 2% monthly finance charge; administrative fees may also apply. 16-FAILURE TO DELIVER PURCHASER'S PROPERTY.
