Prehistoric and Historic Artifact Auction

This is an outstanding offering of a variety of fine artifacts. Three colorful Quartz Butterfly Bannerstones highlight this sale. They are accompanied by several other fine Bannerstones, many being pictured in prominent publications. A very large Hardstone Fringe Top Pendant once in Lynn Brooks collection willl be sold. There are a number of other Pendants and Gorgets from the Dr. Charles Gish Collection. Charles and his Father (Floyd) amassed over 170 years of Gish artifact collecting. A number of Axes from the Gish collection are being offered as well. This sale contains an extraordinary array of Flint Artifacts. Dozens have COAs from from prominent authenticators, with Dwain Rogers and Tom Davis COAs comprising the majority of those being sold in this auction. Several of Gary Cuckler's Dovetails and Bentons grace this sale. Jack Roberts' Cotaco Creek Blade and a Lamine Knife are being offered. The Cotaco Creek Blade is considered one of the finest. You'll also note a number of West Coast Artifacts in the sale. Most were consigned from the Steve Bohm Collection. Last, but not least, a very fine Caddo Taylor Engraved Bottle graces this auction. One of the best of its type, it is offered among a fine selection of Caddo and Mississippian Ceramics. There is something for eveyone in this sale!
