Bloomsbury Auctions is proud to announce the sale of a wide-ranging selection of Natural History books, including those of ornithology, zoology and botany. The collection includes work by many of the greatest names in the field, such as Albert Seba, Edward Lear, John Lindley and John James Audubon. The majority of the sale is comprised of the private collection of Dr. and Mrs. Charles Abbott, which has been twenty-five years in the making, along with pieces from many other distinguished connoisseurs in this area of expertise.
