End of Summer Medley

A). All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. All items are guaranteed authentic and original unless described otherwise. Flat 15% buyer's premium on all lots. Some lots have a reserve price they must meet to sell, if you are the high bidder and a lot is "passed," the reserve was not met. All lots are as pictured so please review all pictures closely. This will help in determining your bid. B). Southern Historical Antiques, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any opening bid, which they feel is unacceptable or too low. Southern Historical Antiques also reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale. C). PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS All Lots must be paid for within 7 days of the auction. Southern Historical Antiques will email an invoice to all winning bidders within 2 business days of the end of said auction. If payment is not made within the 7-day time frame, Southern Historical Antiques has the right to cancel the sale and put the item(s) in the lot back up to be resold. PLEASE READ: Due to recent credit card fraud charges, we ONLY ACCEPT payments through Visa/Master Card, American Express, and Paypal. D). CONDITION, MEASUREMENTS AND ESTIMATES are given as a courtesy to a client and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Measurements and weights are only approximate and may vary slightly. E). RETURNS. Lots containing "as-is" in the description or multiple items such as, bulk lot, or grab bags are being sold in their current state without any guarantee and cannot be returned or refunded. If our description of an item is materially mis-described, we will accept the return of the item. However, all returns must be authorized prior to return and must be in purchased condition. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the item being delivered to the buyer and must be received within 10 business days of return approval. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return and provide a valid tracking number. Original shipping cost is non-refundable as well.
