All items paid for by check will be held until the check has cleared. 3. Shipping & Insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Dennis Auction does not handle shipping. We do, however, recommend the following shippers. Please note, no weights are given. Please give shippers dimensions of items and you will be quoted on dimensional weight and packing estimates. All items must be removed from our premises within 14 business days of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made. 5. All electronic/electrical items are sold as is and are untested. Purchaser should have a qualified service technician check each and every item before use. Plugs may have been removed. 6. Artwork is sold as artwork, condition of frames is not guaranteed. All sizes listed for artwork is for the image only, unless otherwise noted. 7. Please note that all emails received over the weekend will be answered on Monday morning. 8. Also please note that once our auction begins there will be no further bidders accepted, as it is difficult to approve bidders during a live auction. Please sign up to bid ahead of time. 9. If you are acting as an agent for a buyer or bidding for someone else, please be advises you are responsible for the payment of that item regardless of your arrangement with the other person.
