PAYMENT: PLEASE PAY WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR WINNING BID. Visa, Mastercard and Paypal accepted. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse the release of any item until satisfied payment has been made. Taxes will be charged where applicable. All items are subject to a 17.5% Buyers Premium. Taxes of 5% GST and 8% PST will be charged unless the purchasers reside outside of Canada and the items are shipped directly to them. SHIPPING QUOTES: We do not provide shipping quotes until the item has sold. Please use FedEx to get a rough shipping estimate. In most circumstances, shipping will be $20-$50 depending on the size and weight of the item. Furniture is local pickup only. If local pickup is not an option for you, please make arrangements at least 2 days prior to auction by calling us at 1.800.267.2206. SHIPPING AND REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be released only on presentation of paid invoice. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within 14 days following the auction. All shipping will be completed by FedEx or by any other shipping partner chosen at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Items will not be shipped until the buyer has paid for shipping. Winning buyers will be notified of their shipping cost within three days of paying for their items. We ship all items within seven days of receiving shipping payment. Local pickup can be arranged during normal business hours. FURNITURE: Furniture is for local pickup only. CONDITIONS OF ARTICLES SOLD: ALL ITEMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED! The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect of the lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale shall be set aside, nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted No deduction is allowed on damaged articles. All articles will be exposed for public exhibition and sold "as is" without recourse. Articles are not warranted as merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY: Auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery to any purchaser of any lot, once the item has been delivered to FedEx or any other shipping partner. RESERVE: The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. LIVE AUCTION: While we endeavor to accurately record all floor bidder activity with the LiveAuctioneers Live Auctions applet, technological limitations and our priority to lots with Live bidders sometimes preclude us from accurately recording the final selling price of items where there was no Live Bidders. As such, do not rely upon the information displayed by LiveAuctioneers for items where there were only floor bidders.
