We have tried to describe each lot in this catalog as accurately as possible, but all items are being sold "as is." Inspection will be held in our gallery located at 1005 Industrial Blvd., Southampton, PA, 18966. Bidders in will be charged a 15% buyers premium. We charge a 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax to everyone except those who have a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption number, and those bidders must fill out a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Form and provide us with a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate. Items shipped out of state are not subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax. SHIPPING: Stephensons Auction offers limited in house shipping. We will ship items that can fit within a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box 12" x 12" x 5 1/2". Do not provide shipping for any item which will not safely fit in 12" x 12" x 5 1/2" box. Flat rate shipping is $13.50 plus the cost of insurance. Insurance is required. All items too large to fit in a 12" x 12" x 5 1/2" box must arrange for thier items to be picked up and shipped out by a shipping company. The buyer will pay the shipping company directly. It is highly recommended that you CONTACT shippers prior to bidding and get an estimate for shipping. Stephensons Auction can assist bidders in arranging for the shipment of their items. The buyer will have to arrange to have their purchases picked up and packed by a shipper of their choice. Please note that International and oversize items can be quite expensive to ship. We HIGHLY recommend that buyers inquire about shipping costs before bidding. To assist the buyer, we can provide information on shipping companies. A simple statement such as: I (the buyer of said item) release it from Stephensons Auction and to (the shipper) is necessary before the item can be shipped. Shippers must pack/wrap and load your items. The purchaser is responsible for payment to the shipper including but not limited to: labor, materials, postage, and insurance fees. Once liability of item has been transferred to shipper, the buyer and the shipping company are responsible for handling claims of damage that may occur. Such damage is not grounds for a refund by Stephensons Auction. When applicable, any arrangements regarding the granting of licensing for export and/or import of items is the responsibility of the buyer. All pick-ups or shipping arrangements should take place at time of payment, and completed 7 days. Pick-up times are Monday through Wednesday between 9AM and 5 PM or Saturdays between 9AM and 12 Noon. There is no charge for pickups. Any items not picked up or arrangements for shipping completed within the requested 15 day time frame will begin to have a storage fee of $5 per item, per day assessed and added on to the bill if not removed within 30 days from the auction date. BIDDING:Internet bidding (both live and absentee,) Left bid and Phone bid services are available. These bids are executed to the best of ability by a designated Stephensons Auction employee and/or via eBay or LiveAuctioneers with information provided to us via computer. This is a convenience to clients who are not present at auctions and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith - especially when the eBay service is used, as our firm does not control the transmission speed used by or have previous knowledge of bid increments left by registered eBay users. Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money order or certified check. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "Stephenson's Auction." The auctioneer has sole and final discretion in any dispute. Stephensons Auction reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction before the sale for any reason.
