Registration will not be approved during a live auction sale. CONDITION REPORTS - DISCLAIMER All items are sold ?as is,? in the condition they are in at the time of the auction. The physical condition of items can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage and any repairs or restoration. Please review photos, description and condition report before bidding. If the left bid falls below the next bid increment, the bid will not be accepted. Antique Legacy reserves the right to withdraw any item or cancel any lot for sale before or during the auction at any time. Antique Legacy retains the right to offer auction items subject to a reserve price. A reserve price is the minimum price that must be realized before the item can be sold. The reserve price is confidential between the consignor and Antique Legacy. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any item by placing a bid on behalf of the consignor. The auctioneer may further bid on behalf of the consignor, up to the reserve price, by placing bids in response to other bidders. Estimates are listed for each lot on auction. They do not constitute a guarantee or warranty that the lot will close between the estimated values. Estimates are based on similar items sold in previous sales. PAYMENT Payment must be made in full in USD within seven (7) days after auction close. Currency conversion is the responsibility of the buyer if outside of the United States. We accept payments by personal check, wire transfer, Visa, or MasterCard. A 3% processing fee will be added to your invoice for credit card payments. All payments made by personal check will be subject to clearance before lots may be picked up or shipped. There will be a $30.00 service charge for returned checks. Antique Legacy does not accept credit card payments on watches, jewelry or items of precious metals. All jewelry, watches and items of precious metals or gemstones purchased will require payment made by wire transfer or personal check. Payment via bank wire transfer is required for all international buyers. JEWELRY AND PRECIOUS METALS Antique Legacy offers no warranty or guarantee in any regard as to the colored stones, gemstones, diamonds or metals for the jewelry or items sold on auction. Any weights, size or clarity is considered as an approximation and provided as an opinion only. Antique Legacy offers no warranties or guaranties regarding any clock or watch, or that it is in working order. SHIPPING Please note, due to current COVID 19 closures and restrictions, standard shipments are being delayed 2-4 weeks. This is to allow increased safety precautions. Buyer agrees to pay all shipping and insurance costs for all lots won and items purchased. Shipping is an additional cost above the auction price realized on each lot. It is the responsibility of the buyer to consider shipping, handling and insurance fees prior to bidding. Merchandise must be removed within 10 days after auction or will be subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per day. Any items not shipped after 30 days will become property of the auction and will be placed for sale again, with no notice to buyer. All invoices are due to be paid within seven (7) days. Antique Legacy reserves the right to hold purchased lots for shipping until payment in full has been made by credit card or a check has cleared the bank. After payment is received, please allow up to three weeks for shipping. It is the buyer?s responsibility to make arrangements for pick up or shipment of all purchased lots. In-house shipping can be provided for smaller items and will only be shipped to address listed on their registration. Buyer agrees that packing and shipping is done at the buyer?s risk and that the buyer will pay in advance for all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. Please confirm with us that we would be able to handle the shipping for your item. If we are unable to provide shipping, we will provide a list of outside shippers. For larger items we can provide a list of local shippers upon request. If an outside shipper is used, we will require a written authorization from the buyer to release the property to any shipper or third party. Shipping charges will be paid by the buyer directly to the shipper. Items will not be released until payment has been made in full. Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage to their items during shipment. Insurance for third party shipments must be arranged with that carrier. Antique Legacy will not be liable for loss or damage of items shipped by third party shippers, nor for their acts of handling or omissions, whether recommended by us or not. We do not offer in-house shipping to international addresses. International buyers must arrange shipping through third party shippers. Antique Legacy will not be responsible for any duties or tariffs required on international shipments. Buyers are encouraged to purchase full shipping insurance.
