We declare that all our items have been purchased from legitimate sources. The diamonds, gemstones and watches are NOT Cz Treated, Clarity Enhanced, Lab grown, damaged, Fake, or Heated. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, break, chip to any items during shipping to and from our company. We reserve the right to refuse any bids/offers from any person or Company for any reason at any time. We will be paid a commission fee for selling as per agreement. The buyer agrees to waive any claims and not institute any legal action against “brilliant auction inc” regarding any disputes in connection with any auction sale, buy, shipping, fees and any other reasons. All purchases are final less the commission fees,return or intl shipping fees, NYS tax (8.625 % for NYC Residents only). We insure all items with our Insurance company. All stones will be GIA certified, GIA is the most respected grading laboratory in the USA,and in the jewelry industry. Most jewelry & watches will be appraised. Bidding on Items: Permission to bid is subject to our approval. By submitting a bid, the buyer commits to purchasing the item, and cannot rescind, change, or cancel the bid. The highest bid wins if it meets the reserve price. If your bid wins then you receive an E-Mail with payment instructions. Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase. If for any reason payment is not made we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist item. We have the right to block you from bidding again, and you will be charged a restocking fee of $100. All "Sales are final & No return policy" so please review the items carefully before placing your bid and call us with any questions. All sales are final and there is a “No Return or Exchange Policy”. If item dosent Sell then you will have an an option to "BUY IT NOW" after the auction ends or give your final offer.
