It is the Buyers Responsibility to research the item/s before Bidding. If for whatever reason an item arrives and it is Misrepresented or it is Broken in anyway, you must contact us so we can approve the return. Once We approve you must return the item/s to us AT YOUR EXPENSE in the same condition you received it. You must also send the item/s back with valid tracking information and it is Recommended that You insure the Return in the event it does not get lost in the mail or breaks in transit. As soon as the item/s are returned and all is well, We will immediately issue the Full or Previously Agreed upon amount. The refund amount will be issued to the same source of original payment. If you do not agree to all terms please DO NOT BID. FEES: All Bidders must register online or contact us for absentee bidding terms. There is an 18% Buyers Premium in addition to a 5% Live Auctioneers Bidding Fee. In addition to that there is a State of Florida Sales Tax of 7% which will be applied to all invoices unless we have an updated Sales Tax Exempt Form on file. All Invoices will be sent out by email within 24 hours of Auction completion. Invoices must be paid in full within 5 Business days of Auction completion. If you are unable to pay within time provided, you are encouraged to contact us and make other payment arrangements. If all options have been exhausted and the invoice remains unpaid, the credit card you have on file will automatically be charged. If we are unable to complete payment with the credit card you have on file, we will be forced to report all unpaid invoices. If you do not agree to all terms please DO NOT BID SHIPPING TERMS: We will always attempt to safely package In House and ship via USPS to save you money on 3rd Party Fees. If packaged In-House, your items will be shipped via USPS (Insured Mail) unless otherwise arranged. If you require your items to be shipped by any other method, it will be your responsibility to prearrange pick up, tracking & receipt. For In-House Packing & Shipping, there may be instances where we are unable to safely package & ship your items. In this instance, we will provide your contact information to a local 3rd party shipping company. They will contact you directly and make payment arrangements for their services. If you have not contacted South Florida Auction & Estate Sale Services Inc to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
