Coming Sunday, June 8, at 1 PM CDT: Vogt Auction Galleries is proud to present the collection of Louis Gene Marshall (1939-2014), a San Antonio legend and internationally recognized expert in Western memorabilia & Texas art. This important auction event of his partial personal estate will include: an extensive collection of fine Western and Texas art, including paintings by Julian Onderdonk, Porfirio Salinas, Jose Vives-Atsara, Morris Walton Leader, Robert Wood, and more as well as a wide-ranging collection of Western memorabilia, pottery by Wilson, Meyer and Harding Black, a large collection of early riding spurs, bronzes, early gambling pieces, pairpoint and colbalt glass, flow blue pieces, chandeliers and oil lamps, silver, and much more.
