All information in the catalogue concerning authenticity is guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale. Within that time, prior to payment to the consignor of the work, the buyer may submit, at his own expense, an opinion in writing from a recognized expert on the work at issue regarding authenticity. In the event the work is judged inauthentic by the expert, the work may be returned in the same condition as at time of sale and the buyer?s full purchase price will be refunded. Refunds shall not include costs of transportation, insurance, or other expenses that may have been incurred by the buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to make payment in a timely fashion such that the property can be released and inspected within this thirty (30) day time frame. All lots that do not carry established documented provenance nor any past record of auction history record are described in the catalog as attributed. All authorship of items in this catalog are described according to the following terms: Signed [Artist Name] : In cases in which the signature is legible in the lot, this work is described as-is with no attributions given. By [Artist Name] : The work is by the artist. Attributed to [Artist Name] : The work may be ascribed to the artist on the basis of style, but there may be some question as to actual authorship. In the manner of [Artist Name] : The work was executed by an unknown hand, but was designed deliberately to emulate the style of the artist. After [Artist Name] : The work was executed by an unknown hand, but is a deliberate copy of a known work by the artist. Works of art listed as Attributed to: an artist are offered without proof of authenticity and are offered without warranty as to authenticity. All lots are sold "AS IS" and Anzardo's Fine Arts LLC nor its consignors make any warranties or representations with respect to such lots, implied or expressed, except for the limited warranties stated herein. Prospective bidders should contact the gallery regarding property to determine anything that may be of significance to them regarding the purchase, including size, condition, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored, before they place bids. Please note: Due to recent phone bidder fraud activity. We will always ask for a valid credit card number on the phone and ID in the form of a valid drivers license or passport in email. As per our phone bidder agreement, we will be sending a phone bid list to the bidder which will need to be replied to with a signature from the bidder accepting the phone or absentee bid. Phone bids must be paid within 14 days. If payment is not received within this time frame, the CC on file will automatically be charged. During this stressful COVID-19 Pandemic we are only allowing local pick-up if allowed by our municipality. If you plan on picking up your item in person an appointment MUST be made 24 hours in advance with a phone call to 954-372-2552 or an email to anzardosfinearts@gmail.com, no exceptions. All items must be paid prior to pick-up, no exceptions. Pick-ups will be handled with every safety precaution including masks and social distancing. if you are under a "shelter in place order" by your federal, state or local authorities, your items can still be shipped directly to your home or business.
