Hindman will present the Springborn Collection of Contemporary Craft sale on March 23. This auction is a celebration of the studio furniture movement which emphasized self-designed, expressive furniture made entirely by hand. Robert and Carolyn Springborn cultivated friendships with renowned designers known for their contributions to the American craft and studio furniture movement, including Wendell Castle, Albert Paley, Wendy Maruyama, Sam Maloof, Toots Zynsky, Judy Kensley McKie, and others featured in this auction.
