Doyle will hold an auction of Post-War & Contemporary Art on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 2pm. The sale will present important paintings and sculpture by some of the 20th and 21st centuries' most prominent artists. Encompassing examples by American, European, Latin American and Asian artists, the works span artistic movements from Abstract Expressionism, Pop Art and Minimalism, moving through Fluxus and Mail Art to Street Art.
A special section of the sale will present Latin American Art, featuring an important work from 1961 by Fernando Botero.
