AUCTION LOUISIANNE CONDITIONS OF SALE All property is sold as is, where is and all sales are final. Neither Auction Louisianne nor the seller makes any expressed or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made, whether written or oral, shall constitute such a warranty or representation. The auctioneers do not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein. The buyer shall be the highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, and in the event of dispute between bidders or any dispute with respect to the highest bidder, to continue the bidding or to re-offer and resell the lot in question. Title to the lot shall pass to the buyer upon the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer and the bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility and will pay full price for the said lot. Auction Louisianne reserves the right to withdraw any lot before or during the sale. ALL LOTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER. Pick-up will begin on Monday, January 25 from 10:00 am-1:00 pm or by appointment. If items are not picked up within 7 days following the auction (January 31),you will be charged a storage fee before items are shipped. State and local taxes, and if applicable, any federal luxury taxes apply. Buyer's Premium: 20%, 9.2% sales tax will be applied to each invoice unless tax exempt. Policy Title

ALL LOTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER. Pick-up will be on Monday, May 3 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at 2400 West 21st St. and from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm at 24 Cardinal St., Covington, LA and by appointment. If items are not picked up by May 7, they will be moved off site to a storage facility & charged up to $10.00 per day. For on-line sales, all items will be brought to UPS and they will contact you for shipping information. Items MUST be shipped to the same address used when registering to bid. NO EXCEPTIONS! If the UPS store cannot reach you for any reason, the items will be donated. There are NO refunds. AUCTION LOUISIANNE DOES NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING--EVER.

Autopay

If you have not contacted Auction Louisianne to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
