The properties offered and sold through The Imperial Asian Arts auctions shall be offered and sold pursuant to the terms and conditions set below. This Agreement constitutes the statement of terms and conditions in accordance to which all property is offered for Sale. By bidding at the auction by internet bidding or any other means, the buyer of the property agrees to be bound by this Agreement. All Property Sold As Is, Where is, with all faults. Neither The Imperial Asian Arts Auctions nor any consignor makes any guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied with respect to the Property or the correctness of the catalogue or any other description of the property. In no event shall The Imperial Gallery or Imperial Asian Arts or the consignor be responsible for the correctness of the description. All measurements are estimates. All statements contained in the catalog or in the lot descriptions are qualified statements of opinion and not representations of warranties. Buyers bidding signifies that the buyer has examined the property as fully as desired or chosen not to examine the property and is aware of the condition of the property as is. If a lot offered is subject to a reserve, we may implement such reserve by bidding in behalf of the consigner in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve. All sales are FINAL.
