If you are picking up a firearm please bring your government issued ID with photo. You will need to do a NICS background at time of pickup. NYS residents need to have a NYS handgun license in order to pick up hand guns. All out of state winners of firearms will have their firearms shipped to their selected FFL dealer. *SafeShoot LLC will try to accurately describe all items being sold, all property is being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS". No statement in this catalog, invoice, bill of sale, or elsewhere or by any representative or person of SafeShoot LLC shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, provenance, material of manufacture, metal content or historical relevance of any of the items offered for sale. *There is a 18% buyers fee with a 4% discount for payments with cash or checks. Shipping, Payment & Auction Policies TERMS Please do not bid on a firearm if you cannot legally own one. We ship anywhere in the United States. Please be ready to pay for any items you win directly. We will state the description and condition as best as possible. All sales are final, no returns. All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against SafeShoot LLC., or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. SafeShoot LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders should make certain their bid is acknowledged and or leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. SafeShoot LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All federal, state, and local firearms laws will be complied with. Magazines that are not state legal and cannot be converted to legal parts, will not be shipped to a state with those restrictions. Check with your local FFL prior to the auction if you are unsure of your state’s firearms regulations. Bid accordingly. Background checks will be conducted on ALL firearm purchases. Firearms must be paid in full prior to the background check. Failure to pass the background check will result in the buyer consigning the item to an upcoming Auction. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL Dealer. Some firearms and magazines may not be legal in all locations. Not for sale where prohibited. Check local laws and answer all questions before bidding. NO REFUNDS. As a precondition of participating in this auction, buyer agrees to release seller and SafeShoot LLC from all liability, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item. All firearms should be inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to loading. All items are offered for sale AS IS, WHERE IS, and no special warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CHARGE BACKS. It is the Bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. NYS Sales Tax and internet sales tax will be charged when it applies. Dealers must provide a valid Tax Exempt Certificate prior to bidding to be tax exempted. PAYMENT TERMS: SafeShoot LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, certified checks, USPS money orders, and cash. All merchandise must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the date of the invoice. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit any additional information necessary, including an FFL, to initiate transfer and shipping. All goods not retrieved by Buyer within 30 days after the invoice date, shall be subject to a storage fee of $50 per item per month. The Buyer authorizes SafeShoot LLC to sell at their standard commission and consignment contract terms, any goods not retrieved after a 90-day period in any manner deemed appropriate by SafeShoot LLC and the proceeds will be applied to any outstanding balance due from the buyer. The Credit Card link for online credit card payments will be listed on the buyer’s invoice. Credit Card payments are subject to the full buyer’s premium of 18% and can be discounted by 4% if payment is received by cash, check, or money order. Credit Card payments are only accepted from the buyer’s name listed on the invoice. SafeShoot LLC reserves the right to refuse to ship to a different address than the billing address on the credit card being used. SafeShoot LLC does not allow credit card chargebacks for any reason and any delivered firearms subject to a chargeback will be considered as a stolen gun and reported immediately to the authorities. Credit card information is not stored and payment for invoices is the buyer’s responsibility. We do not use third party billing services and the buyers credit card will not be automatically charged. Checks: There will be a $40.00 service charge for returned checks. Make checks payable to: SafeShoot LLC. 10 Kieffer Lane, Kingston NY 12401. Items will be held when paid by personal or company checks until the funds clear. SALES TAX: SafeShoot LLC is required to collect sales tax where applicable. All Lots are subject to all applicable state and local taxes, unless the bidder has an exempt status. A Tax-Exempt Certificate must be filed prior to the auction. SafeShoot LLC needs to verify the exempt status prior to all bidding. SHIPPING Local New York Residents can pick up directly from us by appointment. We are an FFL, Federal Firearms License dealer. All firearms require a NICS background check. All others are shipped UPS or USPS to FFL Dealers. Shipping Instructions: We ship anywhere in the USA., WE DO NOT SHIP FIREARMS OUTSIDE THE USA. All shipping will be at the buyer's expense. Whenever possible we will try to use a flat rate shipping fee. Sometimes additional shipping costs can occur due to certain shipping zones or territories. You will be notified in advance. Your credit card will be charged the day of shipping. Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer, and the Buyer must make all Shipping or Delivery arrangements. All firearms except those considered antiques with be shipped to an FFL dealer selected by you. We charge a $10.00 transfer fee for all firearms. Insurance is included in the shipping charges. All items, fees and shipping charges must be paid in full before any item is released or shipped. All Paid orders upon completion will be send an email containing a PDF invoice, you will receive a secondary email from our shipping system with a tracking number. This will go to the email on file with us.
