THERE IS ONLY 1 DAY FOR PICK UP ! Everything in this auction must be picked up in Long Valley NJ Friday June 25th. Items are at a residence and there is no other pick up day available. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! There will be no one to help you load. Buyer must bring packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Thursday June 24th at 3pm . Pick up address will be on invoice ( under amount due ). If you do not submit payment within 72 hours of invoice, your card on file will be charged. Any items not picked up they will be considered abandoned. All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. Shipping ? For Items we can ship ?in house? , there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 each additional, plus actual postage charges. We do not ship furniture, large items, shelf/ table contents or lots containing a lot of items . Some items we will have UPS pack and ship.
