All lots in the Catalog may be subject to a reserve (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). Items to be picked up on the Monday after the auction 2pm till 4:30pm or we will charge storage fees of $10.00 a day per item commencing date of sale. We reserves the option to hold purchases until cleared from the bank, or until authorization is obtained on credit cards or Cashier's Checks. Out Of Country only Bank Transfers for payment. Shipping WE CAN SHIP WORLDWIDE, EMAIL FOR A QUOTE Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items, packing and postage and including insurance Terms and Conditions: Terms: Payment must be made with Cash, Credit Card or wire transfer. Disclaimer: if you request, we will provide you with a condition report, this report reflects our opinion, and only our opinion. 23% buyer's Premium Applies at this Sale. 7 % NC sales tax is required unless you provide us with a valid resale number at registration. The buyers Premium is part of the purchase price as well as the sales tax if applicable. Outside US, bidders welcome but payment must be by wire transfer payment must clear prior to shipping. shipping arrangements are to be made by case by case.....Returns: All sales are final. It is your responsibility to inspect an item for condition or authenticity, research the item before bidding. NC Sales Tax 7% for NC sales tax Shipping Terms All items will be shipped after payment has been cleared, we will ship through our local pack and ship store and they will call you to make payment for the packing and shipping . Larger items will either be picked up or crated and shipped at buyers cost picked up not to exceed 10 days after auction, failure to pick up 10 days after end of auction will result in 10$ a day storage fee per item. If the items are not picked up by next auction which is 14 days after the auction it will be sold at the auction for storage fees. Also please note we will only ship items to the address for the credit card you are using. Thank you
