1.In-house shipping items are carefully packed, shipped and insured for the declared value using USPS (United States Postal Service) within the lower contiguous 48 states. 2.For third-party shipments, buyers make payment directly to the third-party shipping service. 3.Sterling Auctions assumes no liability for lost or damaged items received through the post. 4.All shipping claims, damages or loss are managed and resolved by the company used to ship the item. 5.The cost of shipping is not grounds for cancelling a sale. Please inquire about shipping questions before bidding. Sterling Auctions will not cancel a sale due to shipping. 6.Bidders and Purchasers are responsible for providing all necessary documentation for approval prior to any Live Auctioneers auction participation.Prerequisite emailed confirmation of your acceptance of our international shipping terms and conditions is required for approval to bid. 7.Consequences of non-payment may result in negative feedback, unpaid item strikes and addition to our no-bid list, which may affect your ability to register with other auction houses. 8.All sales are final and no refunds are granted. 9.Placing a bid constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions, and is a binding contract to purchase. The action of placing a bid on an item indicates you understand the terms of sale and agree to the terms and condition of the sale. 10.All items are sold AS IS. 11.Sterling Auctions does not make any guarantees and assumes no risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity or authorship of items described in the catalog. 12.Descriptions and any other spoken or written reference, genuineness, attribution, provenance or culture of any items are to the best of our knowledge only. 13.No returns. Please research and review prior to making a bid on any items, including inquiries about shipping and/or condition and authenticity. 14.Sterling Auctions reserves the right to withdraw lots prior to the sale. 15.Lots may be subject to reserve. Reserves will not be made available. REGISTRATION AND BIDDING 16.Bidders are required to register prior to the auction. Sterling Auctions reserves the right to decline any bidder registration and to reject any bid from a bidder for any reason. REMOVAL OF SHIPPED ITEMS 17.Paid items require shipping initiated within seven (7) days of the payment. 18.Items are shipped in the order payment is received. 19.Full payment is required before the item is removed from our warehouse. Unpaid items remaining beyond (20) days of receipt of invoice are considered abandoned. Sterling Auctions reserves the right to reclaim abandoned items. 20.Paid items with uninitiated third-party shipping beyond (20) days of payment are considered abandoned. Sterling Auctions reserves the right to reclaim abandoned items.

If you have not contacted Sterling Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
