Hoboken Auctions is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. There is a handling fee for each lot. The buyer is responsible for re-arranging returned packages. ANY PACKAGE THAT HAVEN'T BEEN PICKED UP IN 90 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. Condition of the items: The nature of the lots sold in our auctions is such that they will rarely be in perfect condition, and are likely, due to their nature and age, to show signs of wear, damage, and other imperfections, restoration or repair. If you have not contacted Hoboken Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
