The terms and conditions of the auction purchase ("sale") are outlined here and apply to any and all sales through Mega auction company ("auctioneer"). This includes sales completed in person, online or absent / telephone bidding. All sales will be completed at the discretion of the auctioneer. All telephone or absent bids must be submitted by the buyer to the auctioneer by email or online, and the signed term agreement must be submitted in writing for acceptance. If a buyer who wishes to bid by telephone cannot be contacted, the auctioneer will not bear any responsibility. The auctioneer shall not be liable for missed or unexecuted absences or telephone bids.
