Buyer's Premium 15% Terms & Conditions These Conditions of Sale set out the terms upon which Format Trade INC (DBA Goldaevo) ('we,' 'us,' or 'our') sells property by lot in this catalogue. You agree to be bound by these terms by registering to bid and/or by bidding in our auction Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Format Trade INC (DBA as Goldaevo). If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from GOLDAEVO. Furthermore, a bidder acknowledges that proper and careful due diligence has been conducted prior to placing any bid, and that the bidder knowingly and willfully placed a legally binding bid. GOLDAEVO reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the auction at any time with no liability. Furthermore, GOLDAEVO reserves the right to cancel or replace an order post auction if (a) it does not successfully pass and meet our quality control standards prior to shipping, (b) is no longer available because our products may be offered simultaneously on multiple platforms, or (c) it was sold in error by our Auctioneer. In the event this occurs, GOLDAEVO may provide the winning bidder a full refund. The successful winning bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by our Auctioneer. GOLDAEVO and its Auctioneers will have final discretion in determining the winning bidder and in resolving any disputes between bidders. If any dispute arises after the sale, the GOLDAEVO sale record shall govern. Winning bidders must pay for the entire invoice before the items are removed from our inventory or any other online platforms. Buyer's Premium Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) Buyer's Premium, unless specified otherwise. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $15 Buyers Premium for a total of $115.) PAYMENT We will send you an invoice for your item, one day after the auction is over. An invoice will include all applicable taxes, fees, buyer?s premium and shipping fees. You may settle your account using the following accepted means of payment: wire transfer, direct deposit, debit card or credit card (the latter two collectively referred to herein as "Card" or "Cards"). The following Cards will be accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and/or American Express. A 3% service charge will be applied to the Total Purchase Price for all Card payments. Autopay If you have not contacted GOLDAEVO to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. TAXES The successful bidder is responsible for any applicable taxes, including any sales or use tax or equivalent tax wherever such taxes may arise on the hammer price, the buyer's premium, and/or any other charges related to the lot. A sales or use tax is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, our volume of sale and the place of delivery of the lot, regardless of the nationality or citizenship of the successful bidder. The applicable sales tax rate will be determined based upon the state, county, or locale to which the lot will be shipped. We collect sales tax in states where legally required. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax "International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Condition The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and restoration/repair. All lots are sold AS IS, in the condition they are in at the time of the auction, and we and the seller make no representation or warranty and assume no liability of any kind as to a lot?s condition. Any reference to condition in a catalogue description or a condition report shall not amount to a full accounting of condition and may not include all faults, inherent defects, restoration, alteration, or adaptation. Likewise, images in our catalogue may not depict a lot accurately, as colors and shades may appear different in print or on the screen than on physical inspection. We are not responsible for providing you with a description of a lot?s condition in the catalogue or in a condition report. Each jewelry item will be carefully packed in beautiful velvet gift box. ESTIMATES Estimates of a lot account for the condition, rarity, quality, and provenance of the object and are based upon prices realized for similar objects in past auctions. Neither you nor anyone else may rely on our estimates as a prediction or guarantee of the actual selling price of a lot or its value for any other purpose. Estimates do not include the buyer' premium, any applicable taxes, and any other applicable charges. SHIPPING We do not offer self ? pick up service, due to COVID 19. GOLDAEVO will arrange a trackable shipment for you with a reputable "common carrier" (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS), however, you will be responsible for any and all insured shipping costs and/or costs affiliated with receiving the Property. All items are shipped in 2-3 days from the moment we received a payment. All shipment will require signature confirmation. Shipping cost for USA customers is $32 (Fedex Express shipping). Shipping Cost for international buyer will vary from country to country, prices start from $66 (USPS International Express mail). Return Policy All items are SOLD AS IS, with all disclosed faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event an item description does not match the item received, GOLDAEVO will provide a refund, credit or exchange. Return or exchange requests may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from GOLDAEVO and must notify GOLDAEVO Customer Support (goldaevojewelry@gmail.com) of any discrepancies. GOLDAEVO reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any jewelry item that has been re-sized, set, unset, or in any other way modified, is NON-REFUNDABLE! Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by GOLDAEVO to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
