High quality, good condition works, many in their original frames, ensure that there is something for everyone in this sale that covers many genres and areas. Topography is typically well covered - highlights include 3 Panoramic surveys of the Islands of Trinidad dating from 1857 they are expected to reach £8,000-12,000. Also included is a rare collection of original engraved drawings signed by Robert Stephenson for the London to Birmingham railway.

Large parts of the sale include decorative 18th and 19th Century works with Botanical and Topographical sections together with various works on London. Suzanne Zack, our new Watercolours specialist, has amassed a fantastic collection of landscape, figurative and nude pieces.
