NO REFUNDS. All sales are final your bid is a binding contract by law. All items must be paid in full before they ship or leave the building. WE ARE NOT A SHIPPING COMPANY, but to save you money we do offer in house packing and shipping on items under 30" Shipping takes time please be patient. We will only pack and ship in house items we are capable. if its big and if it weighs a lot you will have to pick it up or schedule your own packing and shipping with USHIP or another company. items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold with NO REFUND. ITEM CONDITION: we inspect the item and take very high quality pictures. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND BASED ON YOUR ASSECED CONDITION ONCE RECIEVED. We will try any defects but all items are sold as is no guarantees and all sales are final. call the gallery for a condition report. ENVIRONMENTAL ITEMS: all environmental items are weathered condition they have been outside in the weather for up to 30 years. View the pictures carefully and understand that 90% of the time they are in rough condition. Even when our description is auto populated to say (in estate condition) view the pictures and make your own judgements. PHOTOGRAPHY: all photos and text are owned by Ledbetter Enterprises and cannot be copied or reproduced in any way. Our photos cannot be used for reselling on any website. TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS ONCE YOU RECIEVE THE ITEM if you're a dealer. WE WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW if our photos are being used in any way after the auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ITEMS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION *** Item Storage: if you are the winning bidder and are in communication with us on holding your item we will hold for 2 weeks and no more. After 2 weeks a $10 per day fee will accrue and that will be paid before the item leaves our gallery. If your item is with us longer that 6 weeks after the auction without contact from you, it becomes abandoned and is property of Ledbetter Enterprises.
