All purchases will be subject to a 7% HALL Co/Georgia sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a valid tax exempt number. Four Seasons Auction Gallery must have a blanket exemption certificate with permit number and signature on any tax exempt sale. Buyers may be exempt from sales tax if item is shipped out of state by a registerd shipper and shipping documents are provided to auction by shipper depending on your state. No Exceptions! 9. PAYMENT -ANY PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES MUST BE PAID BY BANK WIRE TRANSFER... All items purchased in house must be paid for on the day of the auction in cash, personal or company check with proper ID, cashiers check, traveler's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Any inhouse bidder not paying the day of the auction will be charged 25% buyers premium, 1.5% interest and $10 a day per item storage. Internet bidders must pay for items within 3 working days of auction to avoid buyers premium going to 25%. Unless prior arrangements have been made with management, items purchased in person at the auction and not paid for the day of the auction will be charged to the credit card you registered with.
