BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall The Ross Art Group, Inc., or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone's internet service or technical or software problems during live auction.
