Absentee bids and Phone Bids must be received by 6:00PM (EST) the day before the auction. Every attempt to reach phone bidders will be made, but there is no guarantee if you cannot be reached by phone. Auctioneer has sole discretion during and after the auction. Auctioneer's Buyer's Premium of 25% will be applied to all winning bids. Items will need to ship within 2 weeks of payment. Should an item remain longer than 30 days after payment it will be subject to storage fees of no less than $50, and not to exceed $250 per month. Any and all storage or late fees will have to be paid in full as well, before shippers are allowed to pick up items. An 8% Sales Tax will be collected by anyone that does not have a valid tax exempt certificate. Items shipped out of state by a licensed carrier will be tax exempt. Any item remaining longer than 60 days from payment date will be considered abandoned property, and subject to resale with no refund for any funds paid.
