In the event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall at his discretion decide to reopen the bidding or not. Auctioneer is not responsible for technological or internet bid delays. For online bidding each item has a minimum bid identified in the item description. Youmay bid as much as you want over the minimum bid. Bidders are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bids. Bids will not be accepted unless the bidder has properly registered prior to the auction. Auction house is not responsible for Address Errors or moves. TELEPHONE BIDS: Under limited circumstances, telephone bids may be accepted if the bidder has been approved 24 hours prior to the auction. Registered Live Telephone bidders will be called on auction day 10 minutes before lot availability when possible. Auction house is not responsible for telephone dropped calls or other communication malfunctions. ONLINE BIDDING: Via Live Auctioneers & Absentee bids. BIDDING INCREMENTS: See Live Auctioneers BID REJECTIONS/WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS: American Antique Auctions reserves the right to reject any and all bids from any bidder or potential bidder at any time without restrictions. American Antique Auctions also reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the end of the auction and assumes no liability for such withdrawal. BID FAILURES, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: All absentee bids will be executed as a convenience to bidders, but American Antique Auctions will not be responsible for any failures, errors, or omissions related to the execution of any bids, including any related computer/internet problems. All bids must be submitted consistent with the terms of the auction and the bidding instructions. BUYER PREMIUMS/CHARGES: Online auction premium 25%. Includes Credit card fee. HIGH BIDDERS/INVOICES: Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders following the auction. Payment by LiveAuctioneers CC or by cleared good check. CC is now included with no additional fees. Full payment is due within 3 days of receiving the invoice. State sales tax will be charged to residents of New Jersey unless a valid tax exemption or resale certificate number is provided---You Must File this with Live Auctioneers! You are responsible for resale form completion online. NOTE: All bids are contractual obligations. Bidders are obligated to honor their bids as contracts to buy the items involved. Bidders with invoices overdue by 10 days or longer will also permanently lose bidding privileges with American Antique Auctions and the entire auction bidding platform. Items may be sold any time after 14 days. Storage fees at $20 a day after 21 days. Buyer Pays Shipping Cost determined by shipper/in house shipping. Shipping instructions on the invoice!! Should an item be damaged in shipment, insurance claims would be made directly with the USPS etc. ALL packaging must be saved. American Antique Auctions will assist successful bidders in making an insurance claim if an item is properly insured and damaged in shipping. However, American Antique Auctions does not accept, and disclaims, any responsibility or liability for any shipping or mailing related damage. PRICES REALIZED: Prices realized will be posted on the Live Auctioneers site. Issues- If you are polite, we will bend over backwards for you, rudeness will not get you anything. BIDDING PROCESS PROBLEMS: In the event that the online bidding process is disrupted, or another significant bidding system problem occurs, American Antique Auctions reserves the right to extend or reschedule the auction-end date without restriction. This applies to global problems or health situations beyond our control.

If you have not contacted American Antique Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
