The March 11, 2022 Dust Shuttle Collection Auction is an online only auction. All bidding will take place online. By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. We thank you for your interest and participation. REGISTRATION - In order to bid in this auction on the Live Auctioneers platform, you must register online through Live Auctioneers. - Bidders with no or limited history with Briggs Auction may be required to provide us with additional information that may include but may not be limited to: - A photo or scan of their driver's license - A photo or scan of a current utility bill with name and address matching the driver's license and submitted bidder registration details. - ALL BIDDERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED BY 5PM on THURSDAY, MARCH 10, 2022. WE WILL NOT APPROVE BIDDERS FOR THIS AUCTION AFTER 5PM ON MARCH 10, 2022. BIDDING - Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items. - The Auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final. - The highest bidder for each lot shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. BUYER'S PREMIUM / SALES TAX - The Buyer's Premium of 25% will be added to each successful bid. - PA Residents and all buyers who pick up merchandise in person are required to pay PA State Sales Tax (6%) on each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. - Live Auctioneers will collect sales tax in all other states as applicable. - If you have a tax exemption number, you must add it to your Live Auctioneers account. Sales Tax

All taxable items in this auction, including the buyer's premium, are subject to the sales tax charged by the state shown on the bidder's Live Auctioneers registration. Bidders who pick up their items in person will be charged the PA 6% sales tax, and bidders who have items shipped will be charged the tax rate of the bidder's shipping address in their Live Auctioneers registration, unless you provide Live Auctioneers with a photo/scan/PDF of a current, valid tax exemption license.
